This video is the first of three Zoom videos that were recorded in 2020 at ‘The Garden of Light’, Ottawa, Canada. The video is an introduction to ‘Clear Quartz Crystals’, their properties, the application of those properties in digital technology, and the application of those same properties in vibrational medicine for the clearing, balancing, upliftment, and strengthening of the mind, body, and spirit.

This video on Crystals and Chakras begins by exploring the ancient Vedic civilization’s impact on our understanding of vibration, sound, and subtle energies, particularly as they relate to the extensive Chakra system of the body. It was the Vedas and Upanishads (knowledge and discourse) that initially brought humanity an awareness of the inter-connectivity of sound, colour (Light), crystals and Chakras (Wheels of Light).
